Working with us
Our Company is made up of a diverse team of people, across the Group companies. We hire from a wide range of backgrounds, both from within and outside of financial services, gathering varied experience to improve and challenge our existing processes and methods.
We currently employ more than 600 people between our head office in the City of London, Norwich, the Isle of Man and Melbourne, Australia, where the majority of our Transact platform developers are based. We also have our sales teams for Transact and T4A based throughout the UK.
To provide insights on what it’s like working for businesses within the Group, some of our employees have described their experiences in their own words. Read our testimonials below.
The 'people' aspect of Transact is very social and an important part of being able to build great relationships with colleagues inside and outside office working hours.
At Transact we all share the same ambition and values - to offer an industry-leading service to the financial advice market.

Our current senior management team has a 41% female representation. Our target is to increase this representation to 45% by 2027.
