David Johnson – Group Counsel

David joined the Group in November 2008 as Group Counsel.

Prior to that he held various in-house legal positions at organisations including Capital One Bank (Europe) plc and several Virgin Group companies. David is a qualified solicitor, having worked at law firms Davenport Lyons and Simmons & Simmons.

David has a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Sheffield.
